Tuesday, 23th of July 2024, Datacenter Network Team, will change routing for ACI integration for the shared firewall Visma.com. The change window is between 20:00 CET and 23:00 CET and during this time, we expect to have downtime.
Change Details: We need to make some routing changes to the shared firewall at vit.visma.com, which is used by all our small clients, as the current setup is impairing our ACI integration. Due to the multiple interfaces and legacy configurations, some minor functionalities may not work after the migration. Telia Callguide is one of the services that might be affected, but we have a mitigation plan in place in case issues arise during the initial setup.
Customers on this firewall (not all will be affected): MAH, COB, External DNS, Entipa, ASP, VAC, HLA, Zervicepoint
Date: 23th of July 2024 Timeline: The change window will be between 20:00 CET and 23:00 CET. Downtime: There will be downtime between 30 minutes and 1 hour. Assets Involved: Shared Firewall Visma.com.
