There have been reports that some customers experience issues when opening report designer to customize their reports. Due to cached files in your browser, you might experience report designer not loading the right panel. Refreshing with Ctrl+F5 should resolve this.
Alternatively clear browser cache, close all instances of the web browser and reopen.
