Flyt Platform - Infrastructure Linux OS and MariaDB Upgrade Maintenance (Part 2)

We will continue upgrading our linux operating systems in Production Public environment.
This time we will also upgrade MariaDB version from 10.4.32 to 10.11.10 in the same maintenance window.
During this maintenance, downtime is expected, on average 15-20 min per solution and another 15-20 min for our microservices database.
