File API / Bestandsuitwisseling - Problems downloading large files

Resolved

We had an issue in File API / Bestandsuitwissling this week. Big files were not uploaded correctly in our system so they gave errors when they were imported by our customers. The issue started on 2nd of April after 12:30 PM and it was resolved on 3rd of April at 17.30.

The root cause has already been found. Corrupted files during this incident have been identified and shared internally with the corresponding Youforce Module for further follow up.
