The delayed status updates from Approval have been processed. We will keep monitoring to ensure high quality.

The service is up and running again. New status updates are handled normally. Any status updates from connected systems did not arrive between 03:07 CEST and 13:39 CEST. We are looking into the possibility to recover the statuses from Approval.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue with Business NXT that is affecting the processing of status updates from some connected services. This issue causes for example missing status updates for approved invoices.
