We have identified the cause of the incident and have restarted the Subscriber Service in Provisioning Gateway 2.

Investigating

We are experiencing a delay in messages processing due to restart of Message Router which triggered an issue in Provisioning Gateway 2 VNSS. Messages are not received from sending services and no actions are executed.( e.g. company activation, user company role assignment)
