We will be performing a planned upgrade of our Amazon EKS cluster. The upgrade includes applying the latest bug fixes, and security patches provided by Amazon. We are upgrading the worker nodes and the eks addons.
This update is crucial to provide:
1. Bug Fixes: The upgrade addresses known issues and bugs present in the current version, contributing to the stability and reliability of the cluster.
2. Security Updates: Applying the latest version ensures that the EKS cluster benefits from the latest security patches, address potential vulnerabilities.
