The issue is now resolved and the service is up and running as normal.

Update
We have identified the cause of the incident as network issues and are currently working on finding a solution for this. As stated before, the issue only affects the integration between Visma.net Approval and Document Center. All other integrations with Visma.net Approval are fully operational.

Identified
We have identified the cause of the incident and are currently working on finding a solution for this. The only impacted service is confirmed to be Document Center, where there are still delays in new documents being sent from Document Center to Approval, and similar delays in completed processes returning to Document Center.

Update
We are continuing to investigate a service disruption in Visma.net Approval. Our investigations so far have concluded that the only integrating service affected is Document Center There will be delays in new documents being sent from Document Center to Approval, and similar delays in completed processes returning to Document Center.
