The issue is solved, the service is running. Role assignment messages are queued for processing and delivered with some delays. Some users might encounter limited access to their applications.

We have identified the cause of the incident and we are currently working on finding a solution for this. "The role assignment message is sent with some delays which means some users might encounter limited access to applications.".

There is slowness in our component that processes role assignment messages.
