Saturday, 13th of April 2024, starting 20:00 CET, the Datacenter Network team will upgrade the Palo Alto firewalls from the Norway and Sweden Datacenters. No downtime it's expected.

Migration Details:

We'd like to inform you that Palo Alto has issued a requirement for the upgrade of all our firewalls due to a certificate expiration. These firewalls are integral to our network infrastructure, handling the flow of traffic efficiently.

To ensure uninterrupted service, we will be upgrading one firewall at a time, as they operate in a clustered configuration. While we anticipate no disruptions or downtime to your traffic flow, we prefer to conduct these upgrades during the maintenance window for added precaution.

Assets Involved: Main Firewall and all the Virtual Firewalls
Date: 13th of April 2024
Timeline: The migration will start at 20:00 CET and finish in 6 h.

Who is affected?

During the migration window, we will upgrade all the firewalls from the DCs that we have in Norway and Sweden. All our customers who use these firewalls will be affected by the change. During the change, there will be approximately 15 minutes of downtime per router - We will upgrade the routers one by one. The traffic steers to the other router while the routers are booting. That means that the solutions should not have downtime, but might have disruptions.

Identified - We have identified an issue regarding invoice delivery from bank network, more specifically from OP bank. This has caused some of the invoices not being delivered to our customers.

The cause of the issue was problem in the underlaying component when handling very large batches of invoices. The customer impact is that some of the invoices in affected batches are missing between January 29th and March 21st, meaning these invoices have not been delivered to customers. All together this concerns approximately 2900 invoices.

The issue impacted only companies receiving invoices in the Finnish bank network and bank OP.

The underlaying issue has been fixed, we are looking into delivering the missing invoices shortly.
