Problem with incoming payments

We have had a problem with incoming payments in AutoPay in the period Friday 16.06.2017 from 14:00 up until Monday 19.06.2017 09:30. Several customers have received wrong incoming payments into their ERP system. Those payments must be deleted from the ERP system.

The problem is now fixed. Only Norwegian customers using old bank formats (not ISO 20022) are affected.
